Plan your bar
Before booking a company, think about how many guests you expect, how long your event will last, what facilities are available at your venue, what drinks you want to serve and your budget. It can also be useful to talk about how many staff you’ll need, what equipment you’ll need, how you want your bar set up and if there are any restrictions at your venue.
By providing this information in advance, it will give the company a better understanding of your event and ensure everything is set up correctly. Having a clear plan will make it easier to coordinate with your venue, catering and bar staff.
